Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Tier III infrastructure specialist in the United States to provide advanced server support and contribute to cybersecurity projects. You will manage Windows Server maintenance, user administration, and Microsoft 365 services such as Teams and SharePoint.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, network engineering, and participation in security audits to remediate vulnerabilities. Experience across AD, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs is required.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows Server background.
• Experience with Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.
• Familiarity with Group Policy.
• Knowledge in Virtualization (Hyper-V, VDI).
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Networking skills including switch installation and VLAN assignments.
• Experience with firewalls and VPN support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier III operational support for server infrastructure.
• Assist with infrastructure projects and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Perform Windows Server maintenance and user administration.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams and SharePoint.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability remediation.
