Qualifications

• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, domain controller management experience required.
• Experience administering Windows Server 2016-2025 and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for Microsoft environments under supervision from team lead and program management.
• Track issues, monitor performance, and perform upgrades with proper change control approvals.
• Participate in long- and short-range technology planning and new tech initiatives to advance and optimize client network.
• Collaborate in multi-team troubleshooting for critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.
