Job summary

Arnold Oil Company of Austin LP is seeking an experienced Systems & Microsoft 365 Administrator to safeguard and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure. You will manage Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services, while supporting networking gear and VoIP systems.

The role requires hands-on problem solving and on-call availability. Key responsibilities include maintaining security controls, configuring VPNs, and documenting network topology and SOPs to ensure reliable

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Windows client support in a corporate environment.
Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 and security controls (Entra ID, MFA, CA, endpoint compliance).
Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS.
Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions (site-to-site and client-based).
Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-user applications and remote laptops.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
Maintain system and software license inventories; manage VoIP infrastructure.
Develop and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs.
