Job summary

Mount Indie is seeking a Windows/Linux Systems Administrator to support internal enterprise telephony systems for a Homeland Security mission. The role requires hands-on administration across Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and security to ensure 24x7x365 availability onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.

You will manage telephony environments, including WFO/WFM, CMS, call recording platforms, and Avaya/J Series phones, while coordinating with security teams to address audit

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in systems administration or systems engineering.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise telephony environments and related platforms.
• Install, configure, operate, monitor, and maintain enterprise infrastructure including servers and telecom hardware.
• Troubleshoot telephony platforms, Windows and Linux servers, and network connectivity.
