Job summary

Dexian in New York seeks Associate Director - Principal Infrastructure Services Delivery Engineer to oversee enterprise Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, and cloud workloads. You will provide advanced production support, lead operational initiatives, and drive improvements to ensure high availability and performance in a critical, regulated enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or production support.
• Hands-on Windows Server and Linux administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and incident, change, release management experience.
• Proven ability to lead critical production incidents across multi-platform environments.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud/hybrid workloads (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Linux servers across the enterprise.
• Oversee stability, availability, and performance of infrastructure components.
• Manage patching, upgrades, and lifecycle processes for Windows/Linux platforms.
• Administer Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Provision, configure, and decommission physical, virtual, and cloud systems.
• Lead automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Ensure resilience, performance, and recoverability with monitoring and capacity planning.
• Coordinate maintenance and deployments per change/release management.
• Respond to incidents with root-cause analysis and post-incident review.
• Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
