Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Hands-on Technical Lead for IT Infrastructure and Networks to guide a 4-7 person team while staying hands-on. You will manage Windows servers, AD/GPO, Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS, and secure networking across multi-site facilities.

You will balance engineering work (~75%) with people and process leadership (~25%), ensure 24x7 operations, and drive automation and security improvements. Travel to US facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a manager or team lead of IT Infrastructure.
• Experience in a multi-site environment is required.
• Microsoft 365 suite and cloud experience, preferably Azure.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certifications such as MCSA, CCNA.
• Flexible hybrid on-site schedule.
• Ability/willingness to travel to company facilities across the US.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of IT infrastructure including Windows servers, AD/GPO, Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS, Endpoint protection, Networking and Phone systems.
• Personal hands-on engineering (~75%) and Team/Process management (~25%).
• Work with internal/external resources to support IT infrastructure 24x7x365.
• Lead planning/implementation of secure, standard, highly available systems.
• Develop/implement systems to automate IT tasks and security.
• Participate in projects to implement or update systems/technologies.
• Lead hand-off of support for new technologies to IT Support team.
• Travel 15-20% to other facilities.
• Prepare/maintain documentation and provide training to IT staff.
• Lead IT Infrastructure team (4-6 engineers) and mentor staff.
