Job summary

BitByBit is seeking an experienced Senior Windows Systems Engineer to support and administer enterprise Microsoft infrastructure across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and virtualized environments.

This senior role requires hands-on management of server and cloud infrastructure, independence on complex issues, and the ability to guide a small team of engineers and administrators when needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Windows Server experience including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Exchange/Exchange Online administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Azure administration experience.
• Experience with GPO, DNS, DHCP, Print Servers, and Windows File Systems.
• Experience configuring IIS and SFTP environments.
• Experience with virtualization, especially Hyper-V and VMware.
• Ability to provide technical direction or coordinate work of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
• Coordinate activities within a small team and document changes.
