Job summary

TINA’s IT Shared Services team in North America is seeking a Windows Systems Engineer to provide level 2/3 support, manage Windows environments, and drive improvements across datacenters and Azure tenants. The role emphasizes Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Windows experience, strong communications, and familiarity with ITIL processes. Limited travel is expected, with on-site responsibilities in a multi-tenant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing and administering Windows environments.
• Experience delivering a product, application, or technology from inception to implementation/ongoing support is preferred.
• Intermediate network experience (Cisco routing, switching, VLAN; firewall mgmt. Palo Alto).
• Strong knowledge of current Windows desktop and server operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain, and patch Windows operating systems, Windows applications, and system management tools (SCCM and Intune).
• Administer and maintain shared services applications and infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, SD-WAN).
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and troubleshoot complex problems via email, phone, and other electronic medium.
• Participate in system migrations and special projects/product development activities as assigned.
• Prepare documentation and participate in the creation of standards and implementation processes to ensure product uniformity and quality.
