Job summary

Window Hero Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled Field Technician to join our growing exterior cleaning team. This is not an entry-level position; you will step into a fully equipped service truck on day one and perform residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter work.

You must have hands-on exterior cleaning experience, comfort with ladders up to 32 feet, physical stamina, a clean driving record, and reliability to show up ready to roll.

Qualifications

• Direct, professional background in exterior cleaning (residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and related techniques) is required.
• Must be comfortable handling ladders up to 32 feet safely and independently.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential; dependability is expected daily.

Responsibilities

• Window Cleaning: interior and exterior cleaning for residential and commercial properties.
• Pressure & Soft Washing: operate commercial pressure washers and soft-wash systems.
• Gutter Maintenance: clear, flush, inspect gutters safely.
• Equipment & Fleet Care: maintain trucks and tools in good condition.
• Customer Service: represent the company professionally on-site.
