Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Window installation and remodeling experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing job sites and leading crews in a construction environment.
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of windows and doors at a single job site.
• Pre-arrival planning for materials and resources; confirm measurements prior to work.
• Provide direction and training to Installers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper work site shutdown.
