Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Windchill Technical Manager in Houston, TX. You will lead end-to-end Windchill solutions across large PLM programs, including configuration, customization, integration, and technical delivery.

Responsibilities include managing upgrades and migrations, aligning tech with business objectives, and mentoring both technical and functional teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Windchill PDMLink experience.
• Proven PLM implementation, upgrades, migrations and solution delivery.
• Experience delivering 2–3 end-to-end Windchill projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windchill PLM implementation, upgrade and migration activities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with program managers, business analysts and technical teams to deliver PLM solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Prepare and review As-Is and To-Be process documentation.
• Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink based on business requirements.
• Support integrations with downstream applications and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance, solution design and POCs as required.
• Support project documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Manage technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
