Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Windchill Integration Developer to design, build, and operate integrations connecting Windchill with ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems. You will own the technical integration layer and work with cross‑functional partners to translate requirements into durable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years PLM integration experience with Windchill focus.
• Hands‑on with InfoEngine and Windchill Java API.
• Experience designing PLM‑to‑ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of CAD integration patterns and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Windchill‑ERP, Windchill‑MES integrations using middleware.
• Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, NX with Windchill.
• Develop REST and SOAP services for Windchill data.
• Implement event‑driven integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, SAP CPI.
• Profile, monitor, and optimize high‑volume integrations for performance.
• Lead migrations to middleware‑mediated patterns with careful cutovers.
• Collaborate with PLM, ERP, and CAD teams to align processes.
• Create integration runbooks, message specs, and documentation.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and durable fixes with operations teams.
• Mentor junior engineers through reviews and pair programming.
