GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Senior Wind Hub Manager to lead a multi-site service hub across New England, driving safety, quality and financial oversight while building long-term customer relationships. You will align operations with GE’s standards and lead a team to deliver reliable turbine performance.
The role requires coordination with Sales, Finance, Sourcing and HR, with travel within the hub and occasional overnight stays. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
The Senior Wind Hub Manager reports to the Service Director and is a strategic role accountable for building long term relationships with customers, driving optimized operations, fiscal management, and hub safety. Overall scope includes leading a hub team, managing daily hub operations, turbine output, as well as exemplify excellence in leadership, safety, quality control, and financial oversight. The Wind Hub Manager partners closely with the customer and ensures alignment with GE operational excellence.
All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
This position will manage wind sites in the following locations: Ludlow, MA; Winsted, CT; Ipswich, MA; Berlin, NH; Hancock, MA; Mashpee, MA; Roxbury, ME; Western, ME. The ideal candidate would reside in Western or Southern Maine to collaborate with teams and work out of the O&M building near Mexico, ME. Also open to candidates in NH or MA.
