• Minimum 7 years of experience in program management or related technical environments.
• Experience with PFMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate programs within Wind Blade Repair Development Engineering.
• Drive program execution through planning, prioritization, action management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support budget planning and management for assigned programs.
• Partner with the team on problem solving, planning, and execution support.
• Own and maintain action tracking to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
