Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Manager, WHS Design & Startup, to lead safety design and startup across new facilities. You will drive the WHS launch plan, ensure compliance with local and federal regulations, and supervise safety engineers across teams.

You will coordinate with Engineering, New Site Projects, Real Estate, and Operations to embed safety in design and lead risk-based decisions for complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the WHS startup plan for new facilities and launches.

• Maintain risk assessment methodologies and senior management input.
• Support new launches with risk assessments and design reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Reliability, Real Estate, and Procurement.
