Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 5–8 years preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with financial services systems configuration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform business application configuration, setup, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting for FRFS products.
• Serve as SME for payment systems configurations and settlements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement changes.
• Lead projects and coordinate testing, documentation and training as needed.
