Bridge Specialty Group seeks a wholesale brokerage professional to grow and diversify a profitable book across property, casualty, professional lines and specialty markets. You will leverage a national carrier network and local market insight to deliver tailored coverage solutions for retail partners.

You will negotiate terms, share market insights and help develop emerging talent within a flexible work model that supports local offices or remote collaboration across the West and beyond.

Qualifications

• A successful track record in wholesale brokerage, underwriting or specialty insurance production.
• Strong retail and carrier relationships.
• Commercial judgment, technical insurance knowledge and confidence handling complex risks.
• An entrepreneurial, relationship-driven approach to business development.

License & Certifications

Active insurance license; E&S wholesale experience required.

Pay Range

90000 - 130000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
