Job summary
Moncler is seeking a Senior Wholesale Business Analyst to support the Vice President of Wholesale in driving Americas wholesale performance. You will serve as a central analytical resource, delivering insights, reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational support to enable informed decision-making across the function.
You will work cross-functionally to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and risks, support inventory productivity, and develop actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, planning, merchandising, wholesale operations, or commercial analytics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze wholesale performance across customers, regions, product categories, channels, and seasons to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and distribute dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports for Wholesale leadership.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting, including sales-to-stock, sell-through, and inventory productivity.
- Monitor results against budget, forecast, and prior year to improve sales and profitability.
- Provide financial and ad hoc analysis of wholesale initiatives and opportunities.
