This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with performance targets and compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will mentor junior engineers, oversee validation processes, and manage projects from conceptualization to production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in chassis and suspension design, particularly for SUVs and trucks.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5, with CAD experience beneficial.
• Strong understanding of wheel and tire systems and their integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of wheel and tire systems from concept to production.
• Define and oversee validation plans for wheel and tire designs.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to integrate designs.
