Job summary

PepsiCo is advancing its WFM transformation to optimize time, pay, and scheduling for frontline teams. The role focuses on executing testing strategy, validating changes, and partnering with Global Solutions and Operations to ensure successful pre-deployment across UKG Pro WFM modules.

The candidate will develop test plans, templates, and dashboards, coordinate with vendors, and monitor performance and security testing while aligning with ETS and WFM capability teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years in a large multinational environment, preferably CPG with frontline hourly populations.
• 1-2 years implementing UKG/ Kronos WFM solutions incl. pay rules, accruals and data views.
• Experience with ADO and ServiceNow to support testing and deployment processes.
• Proficient in Excel and able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing strategies for WFM changes and incidents across UKG Pro WFM.
• Create UAT catalogues and standard test cases for business use.
• Lead functional walkthroughs and coordinate between tech and functional teams.
• Set up Azure DevOps for test phases and manage SIT test cases with ETS teams.
• Monitor testing phases, report KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery within SLAs.
• Validate performance, vulnerability and security testing for UKG Pro WFM.
• Design and execute device testing plans for hardware and mobile releases.
