Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Testing & Validation specialist for the Workforce Management (WFM) program to ensure quality and performance of UKG Pro WFM deployments across our global frontline teams. You will develop testing strategies, execute UAT/SIT/RTMs, and partner with global delivery and operations to validate capabilities pre-deployment.

The role requires 2+ years in a large multinational setting, Kronos/UKG WFM experience, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, strong Excel skills, and translating tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in a large multi-national organization in CPG with frontline hourly staff.
• 1-2 years Kronos/UKG WFM experience including pay rules, accruals, and reporting.
• 1-2 years experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of translating technical knowledge for business users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing strategies and plans for unit, time compare, and UAT for UKG Pro WFM.
• Develop UAT catalogue and standardized test cases for business templates.
• Lead functional walk-throughs of new functionality for stakeholders.
• Set up Azure DevOps for test phases and coordinate SIT/test case reviews.
• Monitor testing progress, report KPIs, and ensure on-time project releases.
• Monitor UKG Pro WFM application performance, vulnerabilities, and security testing.
• Create test plans for device testing (hardware and mobile) with business input.
