Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior Workforce Management or strategic planning for regulated ops.
• Stakeholder leadership across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Ops.
• Executive-level communication for senior leadership without hand-holding.
• Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Experience with AI-informed workforce models and automation-driven productivity.
• Proven ability to operate in regulated environments with strong analytical focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-informed capacity planning across Compliance and new product launches.
• Serve as the senior WFM voice with executive leadership for CX, Finance, and Compliance.
• Build partnerships across Ops, Finance, Product, Legal and Compliance to align on priorities.
• Develop and manage cost models and OpEx forecasts for Compliance Operations with AI gains.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, and secure cross-functional buy-in from concept to execution.
• Lead execution of strategic and tactical plans to meet targets with clear risk visibility.
• Create multi-scenario staffing plans balancing CS levels, cost, and AI leverage.
• Extend WFM expertise to Risk, Programs and P&E as a center of excellence.
• Brief senior leadership on WFM performance, capacity risk, and strategic direction.
