Qualifications

• BS degree with 3–5 years of wetland experience in the region.
• Experience leading wetland delineations per USACE manuals and regional supplements.
• Preferred PWS certification or state wetland certification/licensure.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work long field hours in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Wetland delineation and characterization in the Midwest.
• Botanical surveys, habitat mapping, endangered species assessments.
• Prepare delineation and technical reports for clients and regulators.
• Support environmental permitting and compliance requirements.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary environmental assessments.
• Data management and analysis; attend client/regulatory meetings.
