Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Wet Utility Project Manager for a role in San Jose, CA. You will oversee water, sewer, and storm drain construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in wet utility construction.
• Experience managing water, sewer, and storm drain projects.
• Proficiency with PM software (MS Project/Procore).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage wet utility construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety/quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
