Responsibilities

• Manage multiple wet utility construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Evaluate change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and drive successful on-time project completion.

Our client, a well-established and growing heavy civil construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Wet Utility Project Manager to join their team in San Diego, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional to take ownership of challenging underground utility projects throughout the region while working with a respected industry leader.
