Qualifications

  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple wet utility construction projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Evaluate change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.
  • Support project teams in resolving technical and operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor project schedules and drive successful on-time project completion.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on water treatment plant construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Structural concrete construction experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with municipal and public agency projects is beneficial.
