Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment including wet etch equipment and related tools.
• Experience diagnosing hardware and software issues in complex equipment.
• Experience with semiconductor processes and automation systems (PLCs, robotics, etc.).
• Master's or PhD preferred; 1 year of technical leadership experience; advanced wet etch equipment expertise.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary equipment contact for process engineering across wet process and wet etch modules, maximizing tool availability.
• Maintain, repair, and upgrade cleanroom equipment including wafer handling, robotics, chemical delivery, ECP, and single/multi-wafer systems.
• Lead advanced root-cause troubleshooting for tool-down situations and support new equipment installations and qualifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mentor broader equipment engineering staff.
