Senior Simulation Educator – Welsh Essential at Swansea University invites applications from experienced educators to lead bilingual simulation-based education within SUSIM. The role requires Welsh language Level 3, collaboration with Welsh teams, and alignment with HEIW/NHS standards.

You will design, deliver, assess and evaluate uni- and interprofessional simulations, mentor faculty, and contribute to research and quality improvement across a three-year fixed-term program.

Qualificações

• Welsh language Level 3 fluent on appointment.
• Master's degree, recognised teaching qualification and current professional registration.
• Senior clinical education and simulation experience with recognised simulation educator certification or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deliver, assess and evaluate Welsh-medium and bilingual simulations and OSCE activity.
• Mentor faculty and develop 4–6 co-leads.
• Embed Active Offer and industry standards (ASPiH/HEIW).
• Undertake research, scholarship and quality improvement.
