Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Las Vegas, NV is seeking licensed therapists to join the EmpowerMe 360 team, delivering therapy, wellness, and medical care to residents in our senior living program.

You’ll assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions (physical, occupational, or speech), support care coordination with caregivers, and engage in telehealth and community activities to maximize independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in therapy discipline (PT/OT/SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live independently.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative mindset.
• Team player with community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
• Conduct assessments and create care plans with interventions as part of a team.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins and telehealth support.
