EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, delivering therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. You’ll assess, plan, and provide evidence-based interventions within a collaborative team to promote independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline.
• Strong clinical skills and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.
• Conduct assessments, create care plans, and deliver interventions with the team.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins and telehealth.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
