Job summary

Hill Country Community Clinic in Burney, CA seeks an Experienced Wellness Program Manager to implement and manage the Wellness Program, focusing on improving wellness outcomes, building partnerships, and ensuring alignment with contract requirements and the clinic’s mission.

The role reports to the Behavioral Health Director, hours are 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday. Requires 5-10 years in the field, CPR preferred and a CA driver’s license. The salary range is $28.00–$34.00 per hour, full time.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of principles of rehabilitation, recovery and consumer empowerment.
• Must have at least 5-10 years experience in the field related to the program, including experience managing staff and working with volunteers.
• CPR certification is preferred, must have valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage implementation of the wellness program.
• Oversee collaboration with community service agencies to develop and implement the program.
• Train, coordinate, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Oversee external relations with the community.
• Develop and monitor the wellness program budget.
• Collect and report data according to contract requirements.
• Develop a network of services, donations, and volunteers from community-based organizations to ensure continuation of the program.
• Meet all federal, state and local obligations regarding operation of the program.
