Job summary

Revolution Wellness & Therapy in Seattle is seeking a Wellness Program Assistant to join an interdisciplinary clinic serving older adults. You will help run group wellness classes under licensed PTs, assist clients in gym or pool, and handle clinic logistics.

Ideal candidates have an interest in health and fitness, enjoy working with people over 62, and are personable with strong organizational skills. Training with PTs and OTs ensures safety and competence.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED; background in athletic training or anatomy/physiology preferred.
• Interest or background in yoga, dance, and/or tai chi strongly preferred.
• Willingness and passion for working with older adults.
• Comfort leading groups and working one-to-one with clients.
• Able to maintain personal safety in a water environment.
• Works independently and identifies productive tasks to support clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Teach group wellness classes under supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist individual clients in the gym or therapeutic pool.
• Handle administrative logistics to help the clinic run smoothly.
• Participate in training sessions led by PTs and OTs to ensure safety and competence.
