Job summary

Revolution Wellness and Therapy in Seattle is seeking a Wellness Program Assistant to join our interdisciplinary clinic focused on wellness services and outpatient therapy for older adults. You will lead group classes (dance, seated movement) under licensed PTs, assist clients in the gym or pool, and handle administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Training by experienced PTs and OTs ensures safety and competence.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED; background in athletic training or anatomy/physiology preferred.
• Interest or background in yoga, dance and tai chi strongly preferred.
• Willingness and passion for working with older adults.
• Comfort communicating with leading groups and working one-to-one.
• Able to maintain personal safety in a water environment.
• Works independently and identifies productive tasks to support clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Teach group wellness classes (dance, fall-reduction, seated movement) under licensed PTs.
• Assist individual clients in the gym or therapeutic pool settings.
• Handle administrative logistics to keep the clinic running smoothly.
