Job summary

Peabody Properties is expanding its wellness component within the Resident Services program across East Boston and Chelsea, MA. This 16 hours/week non-clinical role centers on wellness education and linking residents to supportive services and resources.

A MA-licensed RN or LPN is required, with 2–3 years in community settings preferred. bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and compensation is $40/hour.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed in Massachusetts (MA RN or LPN).
• 2–3 years of experience in a community setting (senior housing, community health, public health, or care management).
• Experience with seniors and persons with disabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of area healthcare plans, supportive services, and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness education to residents.
• Connect residents to supportive services and resources.
• Collaborate with the team to expand wellness components in the program.
