Job summary

Peabody Properties is seeking a part-time RN/LPN to expand the wellness component of our Resident Services program in East Boston and Chelsea, MA. This 16-hour-per-week non-clinical role focuses on wellness education and linking residents to services while working with a team.

Massachusetts-licensed RN or LPN is required; 2–3 years in a community setting is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and strong documentation skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Current and active MA RN or LPN license.
• 2–3 years of community-based nursing experience.
• Experience working with seniors and persons with disabilities a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, writing and computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellness education to residents in East Boston and Chelsea.
• Connect residents to supportive services and resources.
• Collaborate with care teams to address resident needs.
