Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Restorative Specialist to support Participants in the center and at home, developing exercise programs to improve safety, strength, balance, and independence.

You will work with the Interdisciplinary Team, document progress, educate Participants and families, and participate in wellness and fall-prevention initiatives, with paid holidays, PTO, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.
• Basic knowledge of exercise programs and restorative care.
• Experience with frail or elderly population is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individual and group exercise programs in the center using varied equipment.
• Perform delegated restorative exercises safely and document results on flow sheets.
• Conduct home safety checks and assist Participants with home exercise programs.
• Deliver and set up durable medical equipment and track usage.
• Educate Participants and families on exercises, safe mobility, and functional independence.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and sanitize surfaces.
• Track wellness forms and document Participant interactions in EMR.
• Transport Participants and equipment safely within the center.
• Communicate changes or concerns to therapists or supervisors.
