Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Wellness Specialist to deliver evidence-based fitness programming to older adults in a Senior Living Community. You’ll lead group classes, provide 1:1 and partner training, and collaborate with the therapy team to drive referrals as patients transition from rehab.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, resident education, and expanding your caseload with house-call sessions across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology required.
• Certified Personal Trainer preferred; willingness to obtain CPT certification.
• Experience or strong interest in working with older adults in a wellness-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Grow the wellness program within the Senior Living Community.
• Drive engagement to increase group class participation and build 1:1 and partner training client base.
• Collaborate with FOX Therapy team to coordinate referrals as patients transition from rehabilitation.
• Travel between Senior Living Communities and patient residences for house call sessions.
