Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Wellness Specialist embedded in a Senior Living Community to deliver evidence-based fitness programs for older adults. Expect 10–15 hours per week with growth in caseload and hours, including house calls and travel to residences.

You will collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, educate families, and expand into additional communities as your territory grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology is preferred or CPT certification.
• Experience or interest in working with older adults in a wellness setting.
• Ability to travel between communities and patient residences as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grow the wellness program and drive engagement among residents.
• Build a 1:1 and partner training client base through referrals from therapy teams.
• Collaborate with FOX therapists and clinicians to refer patients to wellness.
• Educate residents and families on wellness program benefits.
• Travel to patient residences for house calls and expand to additional communities.
