Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a part-time wellness professional embedded in a Senior Living Community to deliver evidence-based fitness programs for older adults, including group classes, one-on-one sessions, and partner training. The role offers a growth path as the caseload expands.

Ideal candidates will grow engagement, collaborate with FOX therapists, travel for house calls, and educate residents and families on wellness benefits, with CPR certification and CPT readiness preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in working with older adults in a wellness setting.
• Comfortable presenting and educating residents and families on wellness benefits.
• Ability to travel between Senior Living Communities and patient residences as needed.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; responsive to email, Teams, text, and phone.

Responsibilities

• Grow the wellness program within a Senior Living Community.
• Drive engagement to increase group class participation and 1:1 or partner training.
• Collaborate with FOX therapists and clinicians to support patient transitions.
• Work with Physical and Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists.
• Build trust with referring clinicians to expand the wellness pipeline.
• Educate residents and family members on wellness program benefits.
• Travel to patient residences for house calls and expand territory.
• Expand reach to additional communities as schedule grows.
