Responsibilities

Fall Prevention and Community Wellness: deliver programs for older adults in community settings; lead group exercise and education with safety and adaptation.
Community Partnerships and Outreach: build relationships with partners, identify new sites, represent CARE and Le Moyne College at events.
Social Media and Digital Outreach: maintain CARE’s social media, post updates and program information.
Data Management and Program Evaluation: collect and analyze data, support reporting for funders and leadership.
General Responsibilities: attend meetings, collaborate with teams, demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
