Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults in wellness, healthcare, rehab, or community settings.
• Background in movement, health, rehab support, or therapeutic instruction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with older adults and partners.
• Comfort with basic technology: MS Office, Zoom, Canva, social media tools.
• Ability to create and manage social media content as part of duties.
• Graduate degree in PT or OT and NY licensure preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fall prevention, healthy aging, wellness, and exercise programs for older adults in community settings.
• Lead group exercise and education safely, adapting to participant abilities.
• Complete screenings and functional measures within scope of practice.
• Assist with development of CARE programs, workshops, and outreach.
