Responsibilities

• Evaluate each resident to determine needs and develop activity plans
• Plan and carry out activity programs for individuals and groups
• Develop activities for the monthly calendar
• Coordinate volunteer programs with other departments
• Maintain required documentation for activities
• Attend care plan meetings and other required meetings
