Vi Lakeside Village in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to support wellness programs for residents. You will coordinate, facilitate and lead on-site activities, publish the monthly calendar, and help produce the resident newsletter.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a compassionate approach to daily life for seniors. Full-time, on-site with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in recreation/activities for seniors preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, facilitate and lead in-house group activities and special events promoting wellness for residents.
• Publish the monthly activity calendar and monthly resident newsletter.
• Assist in developing and executing programs in the Lifestyle department.
