Job summary

Expro in Houston, TX seeks a seasoned Well Intervention/Well Integrity specialist to engage customers, diagnose problems, and develop remediation solutions. You will work with operations and product teams to identify opportunities and propose technically and commercially viable approaches.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in well intervention, completions, or related downhole tech, and can travel within the U.S. to support critical operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in well intervention, well integrity, completions, production/workover engineering, or related downhole tech.
• Expandable technology experience preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of well architecture, intervention methods and integrity challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions and customer value.
• Ability to travel by road or plane within the U.S.
• Skilled with MS Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• First line specialist and technical liaison with clients and Expro teams.
• Identify opportunities for marketing technology and develop delivery strategies.
• Build trusted technical relationships with customers and support BD activities.
• Assess Well Integrity and Intervention challenges and propose solutions.
• Promote diagnostic and remediation technologies to identify best solutions.
• Develop technical proposals, assessments, and deployment recommendations.
• Support critical operations and capture lessons learned; identify follow-ons.
• Liaise with internal and external departments to resolve client questions promptly.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct, anti-bribery, quality policies and processes.
• Ensure employee development plan objectives are met.
