Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Welding Inspector III to lead welding quality across projects. You will write and review welding quality programs, supervise CWIs and inspectors, and audit fabricators and weld procedures to ensure compliance with codes.

The role requires AWS SCWI or a CWI with 8+ years of leadership, plus strong knowledge of D1.1/D1.5/D1.8, ASME IX and API 1104. You will represent the company to engineers and building officials as needed.

Qualifications

• AWS SCWI or current CWI with 8+ years welding inspection leadership.
• Strong command of structural/welding codes and standards.
• Experience writing welding quality programs and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Write, review, and approve welding quality plans and NDT procedures.
• Supervise CWIs and Welding Inspectors across projects and review their reports.
• Audit fabricators’ welding quality systems and coordinate with engineers.
