In this position, you will develop and optimize advanced welding processes, including methods like laser and electron beam welding, and work closely with engineering teams to enhance fabrication techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional responsibilities include conducting root cause analyses and ensuring weld quality standards are met.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $190,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health coverage, stock options, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication, manufacturing, or testing experience.
• Experience in welding engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in a high-production manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
