Job summary

Alinabal - Manufacturing Facilities seeks an experienced welder with TIG and MIG proficiency to perform precision welding, read blueprints, and ensure quality across manufacturing processes. You will drive efficiency, maintain tools, and support Lean/6S improvements on the shop floor.

Requires minimum 5 years in manufacturing, ability to weld thin gauge material with good penetration, and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to weld thin gauge material with good penetration and appearance.
• Operates TIG/MIG welding equipment.
• Reads blueprints and technical documents.
• Focus on continuous improvement and disciplined processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and use of inspection gauges.

Responsibilities

• Weld products and assemble to required tolerances.
• Inspect work prior to final inspection and meet delivery dates.
• Identify setup reduction and Lean opportunities; communicate to 6S team.
• Operate welding equipment (TIG/MIG) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper fluid levels and tool/fixture readiness.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures.
