Job summary

FECON, LLC in Lebanon, Ohio seeks a Welder III (P4) to weld and assemble metal pieces using GMAW/MIG and FCAW, read blueprints and weld symbols, and prepare parts for welding.

You will set up, weld from prints, inspect finished work, operate cranes and forklift, and maintain safety and quality standards. Minimum 2 years welding experience preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• GMAW/MIG and FCAW welding experience required.
• Ability to read weld symbols and follow blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and weld symbols.
• Basic math skills related to welding tasks.
• Must weld components in vertical, flat, or overhead positions.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety programs and production schedule.
• Reads, assembles, and welds from blueprints.
• Prepares and tacks weld parts; maintains welding equipment and workspace.
• Inspects final products per prints for quality assurance.
• Operates overhead crane and forklift as needed.
