Job summary

Trystar Inc. seeks a Welder III for its Faribault, MN facility. You will perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel, ensuring high-quality results that meet engineering specifications and industry standards.

You will also train Welder I and II staff and help drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in welding in manufacturing settings, AWS/ASME certification, and the ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; welding-related coursework or training preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in TIG and MIG welding on multiple metals; able to produce high-quality welds.
• Experience reading and interpreting welding symbols, blueprints, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel.
• Prepare surfaces and select appropriate welding parameters.
• Inspect welds and ensure conformity to specifications and standards.
• Read drawings, interpret process sheets, and document results in Epicor.
• Train Welder I/II employees and support process improvements.
