E-ONE in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team manufacturing large, custom fire trucks. You will weld components to exacting standards, using shop orders, prints, and procedures while maintaining AWS certifications and focusing on quality and safety.

Work in a dynamic environment, handling large assemblies with cranes and fixtures, and contribute to continuous improvement through documentation and teamwork.

• AWS welding certifications must be maintained.

• Ensure parts are cut and prepared as prescribed.
• Follow welding procedures to meet quality and cosmetic requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain AWS welding certifications to ensure NFPA compliance.
• Work from shop orders, specs, prints and instructions.
• Review material and product requirements; ensure parts are prepared as prescribed.
• Set parts in fixtures, align, clamp and weld per specs to control heat and distortion.
• Move and manipulate large units safely to support welding operations.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks and document results.
